Arguably, there is only one thing that can unite the planet and bring world peace to all. Yes, I am talking about leg day at the gym and how everyone hates it.
Lets face facts here. There is not one person on the planet that likes to workout legs. Its the one day of your workout week you dread. You do your workout and instead of your muscles feeling the greatest burn of your life, you stumble out the gym and to your car. And if you’re lucky, you won’t have to traverse any stairs.
So what is the solution to this age old problem? Treat your legs like you would treat any of your other responsibilities…..
Ignore them, and let ’em disappear.
